HIIQ is seeking a highly-motivated individual to ensure the success of future strategic initiatives and to find new opportunities to get both new and existing insurance products in the hands of an ever-increasing number of customers.
This individual will work with the Strategic Initiatives team to research product positioning, competitive strategy, partnership opportunities, regulatory and market changes that create risks or opportunities, and will deliver recommendations and updates to corporate leadership about changing market dynamics and landscape. This multi-disciplined role will support a wide range of projects across departments and as needed by corporate leadership and the CEO.
The ideal candidate would possess an MBA or similar Master’s degree in a business-related field. At a minimum, a candidate for this position should have some experience in the insurance or financial services industry and a high capacity for learning and critical thinking. This entry-to-mid level developmental role is designed for a highly-motived and eager post-graduate professional seeking exposure to a broad range of business concepts and corporate strategy at a high level.
Due to the nature of Health Insurance Innovations needs, regular and reliable attendance is required. Individuals must be able to work at least a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, and be available as situations arise requiring extended hours.
